Hotel FF&E is not ordinary freight.
A hotel opening has one date, and every crate on the water is tied to it. Casegoods arrive from several factories, in several sailings, months before the floors are ready to receive them. The furniture lands in a country that has not finished building the rooms it belongs in.
Worldcraft Logistics carries the whole chain in-house — ocean and air freight, customs clearance, drayage from the Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach, warehousing, room-by-room staging, final-mile delivery and in-room installation. You are not stitching five vendors together while the general contractor is asking where the beds are.
That is the whole argument for this page. One contract, one inventory report, one telephone number, and a delivery date somebody is willing to sign their name to.

Customs & Drayage
Clearance is handled in-house, so entry problems get solved by the same team that owns the delivery date. Containers are pulled from the Port of LA / Long Beach and are on our dock the same day — before demurrage and per-diem start eating the budget.

FF&E Receiving
Every container is devanned, counted against the PO and inspected before it is put away. Concealed damage is photographed and reported the day it is found — while there is still time for the factory to replace the item, not on installation morning.

Staging by Floor
Product is stored and then re-picked into room sets — king, double-queen, suite, corridor, public space. When the GC releases floors four through seven, we release floors four through seven. Nothing arrives on a floor that is not ready for it.

Delivery To Site
Our own trucks run the final mile on the site's terms: night windows, protected corridors, booked service elevators, no double-handling in the driveway. Deliveries are sequenced so the install crew is never waiting on a truck.

Installation
Crews uncrate, assemble, place and level every piece to the designer's room layout, then strip the cardboard, foam and pallets out of the building. We hand the room over clean and photograph-ready — not full of packaging for someone else to deal with.

Cardboard, foam, banding and pallets are pulled out of the building and disposed of, so the room is turned over clean and inspection-ready.

One project manager, one inventory report, one point of contact for the owner, the purchasing agent, the designer and the general contractor.

A 400-room hotel, 70 containers, one delivery date.
Worldcraft Logistics is moving roughly seventy 40-foot containers of guest-room and public-area furniture for a 400-room hotel project. The freight arrives from multiple factories across several sailings.
We clear it, dray it from the port, receive and inspect every piece into our California warehouse, hold it while construction finishes, then release it floor by floor for in-room installation. The owner gets one inventory report, one project manager and one delivery plan — instead of a freight forwarder, a warehouse, a trucker and an install crew all pointing at each other.

Straight answers on how a hospitality FF&E program runs.
Do you handle owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) scopes?
Yes. We routinely receive owner-purchased FF&E, hold it, and install it on the general contractor's schedule. We coordinate directly with the purchasing agent, the designer and the GC so the release schedule matches the construction schedule.
How long can you store our furniture before installation?
As long as the project needs. Construction slips; that is normal. With 94,000 SF and 5,000 pallet positions in Ontario plus Union City and Cerritos, we can hold an entire property's FF&E without forcing an early delivery you are not ready for.
Do you inspect the furniture when it arrives?
Every container is devanned and counted against the purchase order, and each piece is inspected for concealed damage. Findings are photographed and reported the same day so a replacement can be ordered while there is still time in the schedule.
Can you deliver floor by floor instead of all at once?
Yes — that is the normal way we run a hotel. Product is re-picked into room sets by room type and released in the phases the GC hands over, so nothing lands on a floor that is not ready.
Do you remove the packaging and debris?
Yes. Cardboard, foam, banding and pallets are removed from the building and disposed of as part of the installation scope. Rooms are handed over clean.
Can you handle the international freight and customs too?
Yes. Air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, FTZ and port drayage are all in-house Worldcraft services, which is what lets us commit to a delivery date instead of a transit estimate.
Do you work outside California?
Our warehouses are in California and our port operations run through Los Angeles and Long Beach, but we deliver and install nationwide. Tell us where the property is and we will price the line-haul with the rest of the program.
How quickly can we get a quote?
Send us the room count, the FF&E package or PO list, the origin ports and your target opening date. In most cases we come back within two business days with a phased plan and pricing.
