This form is used to collect consignment details so we can secure cargo insurance on your behalf. Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid coverage delays.

Enter the total cost of the goods as written on your official Commercial Invoice. This must be converted to US Dollars (USD).

This is the total amount that will be insured. It is automatically calculated as the sum of Cargo Value, Shipping Charges, and the 10% Transit Buffer.
