Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Buyer Position to join our team at Worldcraft Logistics. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients in need of warehouse solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while providing valuable services to our clients. Please pay attention to the following summary requirements:

☑️ Understand the purchasing processes

☑️ Purchasing request

☑️ Purchasing orders

☑️ Control and update the internal database

☑️ Other tasks assigned by the superior

Responsibilities

✔️ Identify and prospect potential clients who require warehouse solutions.

✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.

✔️ Understand clients' needs and offer tailored warehouse solutions to meet their requirements.

✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and pricing strategies.

✔️ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

✔️ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities.

✔️ Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements

🔻 Demonstrated proficiency in both spoken and written English to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. (OBLIGATORY)

🔻 Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

🔻 Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and Google applications (Sheets, Docs) for data management and documentation.

🔻 Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency in tasks.

🔻 Capable of working quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments, maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure.

🔻 Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork, carefulness, and meticulousness in all endeavors.

🔻 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and responsibilities to enhance professional growth and contribute to team success.

Working time

Night shift 10:30PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday

Salary

Start from 10,300,000 VND during training and probation

After training 12,000,000 VND to 13,800,000 VND depending on English skill level and independence level.
